Kleen-Tex Japan support the Black Rams Tokyo

Kleen-Tex Japan is supporting the Ricoh Black Rams Tokyo of NTT JAPAN RUGBY LEAGUE ONE as an official supplier. In the 2022 season that is the first year of the league, our products were installed on the pitch, in the locker rooms, and at the entrances of the match venues to help create space and branding.

The Ricoh Black Rams Tokyo is a prestigious team founded in 1953. They competes at the forefront of the newly reborn “League One” top league in Japan’s rugby world, which is attracting dramatically more attention than ever. The team’s mission is to “Be a Movement / Vitality and Inspiration. Toward society and toward the future”. We decided to support the team because we empathize with their mission and the passion of the staff to delight the fans as much as possible.

In the center of the locker room, there is a circular mat with the team logo. Also at the foot of each player’s locker, there is a mat with the number of the player’s locker from 1 to 23. HC Peter Hewat commented that “the mats help to motivate the players to compete and boost their morale before games.” The mats are easy to roll up and carry, and were used not only for home games, as originally planned, but also for away games.

The entrance to the players’ locker room was designed to match the team’s home venue, the Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium, with long mats and mats that match the width of the staircase. The mats are fire-retardant and have a strong non-slip grip on the floor to ensure safety.

For the 2022 season, we made full use of our advantage of “custom-made mats,” which can be made from a single piece in increments of 1 cm. Kleen-Tex Japan will support the Ricoh Black Rams Tokyo, they plan many events for their fans not only for the upcoming season but also during the long off-season period characteristic of rugby.
